Hello,

No worries.

Are you able to launch GTA normally without RPH? If you can, then open commandline.txt in your game folder and add -log to it, try run RPH as an admin and it should generate both a RagePluginHook.log and a RagePluginHookLauncher.log

If you can't launch GTA normally then you may have an issue with an installed mod, or your base game. Rename your mods folder to _mods if you have one and try it again.

Okay, so the log is all good! Everything up-to-date.

The fact that it worked leads me to believe that RPH doesn't have sufficient permissions for the game folder. Running as an admin bypasses this and allows RPH to write the log to the folder.

If you go to your game folder, and then the game folder's properties, then the security tab. Make sure all of your usergroups have full read and write permissions for the folder. RPH should then work without requiring admin.
