Popien got a reaction from Gan Ceann in Game crashingthank you for your reply but i managed to fix all my problem, i simply forgot about downloading gameconfig, HeapAdjuster and PackLimitAdjuster for all my addons, sorry for wasting your time

The fact that it worked leads me to believe that RPH doesn't have sufficient permissions for the game folder. Running as an admin bypasses this and allows RPH to write the log to the folder.
If you go to your game folder, and then the game folder's properties, then the security tab. Make sure all of your usergroups have full read and write permissions for the folder. RPH should then work without requiring admin.
