The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

There is a version on LSPDFR Sync but it does not look recent (so the change did not come from there), I would normally recommend backing up the character files, deleting the source copy, and letting LSPDFR Sync re-download it, but your version on LSPDFR Sync is old.

This used to be a more common problem (I'm guessing a bug in some plugin incorrectly modified the player persona).

You could try restoring the .bak file but it may already have the incorrect change (the .bak is created whenever the character is edited).
