Game Stutters When Exiting ELS Vehicle/ On Duty/Stage 3/AutoSirenCutout

Featured Replies

I don't know if it's because of the recent GTA update, or my recent update to Windows 11, but i recently noticed that when I exit any ELS police vehicle, while On Duty with Automatic Siren Cutout and my lights on stage 3, the game stutters for about a second. Stage 1 and 2 while on duty its just fine. Off duty any stage, its fine. Remove ASC, its fine. Does the same for Rich's Police Enhancements version of the cutout, or ELS Siren Extender. Obviously some kinda conflict with being On Duty/ELS in stage 3/and Siren cutout. This all worked just fine a month or so ago. Tried a fresh install with only LSPDFR, ScripthookV, ELS, Simple Trainer, AutoSirenCutout, and 1 replacement FBI car with ELS. No Change. Tried so many tricks with google AI suggestions, nothing fixes it. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

Just found out that if I shut down my PC and let it sit overnight, the problem is gone the next time I boot up GTA 5. then after a few hours of the PC being on, it goes back to the same problem again. It's not getting hot or anything and its a newly built gaming PC. This is weird. Any help on this please?
