The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Wasn’t very clear as you said yes in the same sentence with „I rename mods to -mods“.

Anyhow, since renaming mods works, it appears that your mods folder is faulty. Revert any recent changes or create a new mods folder. It’s impossible to tell exactly what files are causing the problem.
