I’m running an i7-4790K, 16 GB RAM, an SSD, and a GTX 1070 Ti, and I get roughly the same FPS — around 50–80, with settings relatively on very high, plus mods and plugins. If you want more FPS, try lowering some of the game’s graphics settings. I just let NVIDIA choose the recommended settings for my system.

Also, as a tip, try not to keep anything running in the background (for example, Chrome), since it uses up system resources.

You could also disable plugins or mods that you don’t really use.

If you feel that I’ve been helpful, a simple “thank you” is enough. 🙂
