Update CompuLite to the latest version.

You are missing NAudio.
Download MoreRadioChatter and drag NAudio.dll from the archive into the main game folder.

I’m also using Policing Redefined and I don’t have this issue. Did you install it correctly?
Installation:
Extract the contents of the downloaded Policing Redefined v[VERSION].zip archive.
Drag-and-drop the contents of the "GTAV MAIN DIRECTORY" folder into your GTA 5 root directory.

it's kinda working now, i mean the base lspdfr runs fine

then i use some callouts like JM's, when i go on duty lspdfr crashes, i think imma go run some troubleshooting now,
