Ensure no files are missing from the LSPDFR+RPH install

Also you have DLS and ELS installed, which I don't think are compabtible but I'm not 100%. But I suspect that will be causing problems also

after doing that, it works, but i still got an issue; I cant use EUP, and lspdfr crashes quickly.

Realistic Traffic AI is giving this error a lot. Try see if there are any files missing, or try without it temporarily to see if it fixes any issues

Newtonsoft.Json doesn’t belong in GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR. It should be in the game’s main folder, so move it there.
ClearTheWayV doesn’t belong in GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR. It should be in GTA/plugins.
Make sure you put RAGENativeUI 1.9.3 in the game’s main folder, that is, Grand Theft Auto V.

Let me know if the issue has been resolved. If not, post the RagePluginHook.log again.
