The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The plugin says that you don’t have CalloutInterfaceAPI installed.

[2/19/2026 7:48:05 PM.122] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'CalloutInterfaceAPI, Version=1.0.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll should go in the root Grand Theft Auto V folder.

The Newtonsoft.Json must be in the Grand Theft Auto V folder, not in GTA 5/plugins/LSPDFR.
