Go to the folder: GTAV\plugins\LSPD First Response (where your callouts are installed).
Delete the following files from there:
- IPT.Common.dll
- CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll (if it exists).
- RAGENativeUI.dll (if it exists).

These files (IPT.Common.dll, RAGENativeUI.dll) must exist ONLY in the main game folder.

GTAV\plugins\LSPD First Response\CalloutInterface.dll → This is the ONLY file that should be here.

After you delete IPT.Common.dll from the plugins\LSPD First Response folder, the error should disappear completely.

I think the problem is with the plugins because I turned off LSPDFR, nothing happened, but when I turned it back on, the crashing started. But I don't know what lspdfr plugin is causing this

LSPDFR is trying to spawn patrol or backup vehicles (e.g., noose, fbi3, hwaypolice, policescout) that do not exist in your .rpf files.

• Then go into the data folder.

• Finally, open the custom folder.

• The full path should be: Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data\custom.

Select and delete the following files (press Delete on your keyboard, but make a backup first):

Why does it crash: When the game receives the command to spawn a vehicle that does not have a 3D model installed, the plugin goes into 'LSPDFR has crashed' mode to prevent GTA V from closing completely.

Problem: Your agency.xml files require EUP outfits that you either don’t have installed in OpenIV or are incorrectly written in the XML. When an AI officer tries to spawn with that outfit, the plugin throws an error.

Problem: You have simultaneously installed stations_eupfr.xml, stations_juri.xml, and stations_San_Andreas.xml. They all try to place police stations in the same locations, overloading the plugin’s memory.

Try this first:

Delete the files that require mods you don’t have (such as the RDE ones): agency_federal_rde.xml, agency_local_rde.xml, agency_state_rde.xml

• Go into the lspdfr folder.

• Then go into the data folder.

• Finally, open the custom folder.

• The full path should be: Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data\custom.

Select and delete the following files (press Delete on your keyboard, but make a backup first):

• agency_federal_rde.xml

• agency_local_rde.xml

• agency_state_rde.xml

• agency_misc_rde.xml

• inventory_rde.xml

OPTIONAL: In the same folder, it’s a good idea to also delete stations_juri.xml and stations_San_Andreas.xml to keep only a single set of police stations and avoid "already exists" errors.

How do i fix these because i use vanilla vehicle mods how do i fix it. It still crashes. Here's the lspdfr crash log though

Looks like DeLuca's CountyCallouts is throwing a tantrum because it’s missing a core dependency.

Download the Dependency: You need to grab the dlGlobal library. DeLuca's County Callouts 1.0.0.
Installation: Extract the dlGlobal.dll from the download and place it directly into your Main GTA V Directory (the same folder where GTA5.exe is located), not the plugins folder.
Verify Other Files: While you're at it, ensure CountyCallouts.dll is in Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/LSPDFR.

This time it just crashed the entire game, not the singular mod i'll just message you if it crashed again because i had to go to work heheh. PS: I appreciate you helping me. Props to you

From my point of view, disable Forestry Callouts because it will no longer receive updates, and the comments in the plugin thread show that people are experiencing problems with it.

Uninstall it, delete the RagePluginHook.log located in the main folder, and if you encounter any issues, post it because a new one will be created.

Also uninstall OJCallouts
Also uninstall High Priority Callouts
Also unninstall HighWay Callouts

I apologize for my late reply but i found out the problem (maybe) whenever i call for backup it crashes. I found out that if i called for backup it spawns shite tons of cars then crashes. How do i fix that?

If you're using Ultimate Backup it's customisable in the settings file. Not sure on the exact details, but by default it's like 3 car, 1 bike and a SWAT truck. Otherwise everything is usually customisable in the .ini files

To add to that, some vehicles, especially over 12000mb, can cause crashes when not player spanked because there files are so big

I turned off all the plugins; I already knew the problem. Whenever I request backup, it crashes. Because when I turned off my mods/rename to _Mods. I saw it spawned tons of vehicles, possibly causing it to crash
