I was patrolling all of a sudden my trainer crashed I skipped past that then like give or take 30 minutes later lspdfr crashed

There's no LSPDFR crash in either logs, is your game crashing? Or is LSPDFR freezing/soft crashing?

How would I be able to fix either option

Depends on the problem, is your game crashing randomly? do you have vehicle mods installed?

I think it was NVE all along after doing some test patrol (I haven't crashed), so yea however I am still wondering why when I add ThinLineSanctuary police vests in my dlc list and pack my game crash I followed every instruction (even though I know how to do it)

When I asked the support team, they concluded that "it was probably because of the recent update, and I can't have too many dlc packs in my folder," but once I mentioned I deleted NVE files, and it cleared space in my dlc's, but once I add it, launch game reloadallplugin,s I crash.

Any Suggestions?

If it's working without NVE then it was likely the problem, or it could have been conflicting with another mod. There is no easy way to check that unfortunately, you would have to try it with one plugin/mod at a time until it breaks
