I have downloaded LSPDFR 3 times now and rewatched the YT tutorial on downloading and installing it and every time the "RAGEpluginhook.exe" file just isnt appearing in my files but the other files with "RAGE" or "RPH" in their name are appearing just not the executable file. The rest of the mod files and RPH files seem to match what was shown in the YT video the only thing missing is the RPH executable. i have gta 5 legacy not enhanced and to my knowledge i have no other mods within my gta 5 legacy files however there is one mod file stored elsewere on my pc but i made sure to remove it from my gta 5 legacy files and i didnt think that should effect the RPH not downloading but this is my first time downloading RPH or LSPDFR so i honestly have no idea.

If your RagePluginHook.exe is disappearing, then your anti-virus/windows defender is deleting it thinking it is a virus. You will have to add the game folder and possibly the .exe itself as an exception in window security/your anti-virus

Sure, so if you add the game folder first as the exception (Windows security), and then copy the RPH and LSPDFR files over, they shouldn't be deleted. Then you can go back to Windows Security and add the RagePluginHook.exe so that it can access and run the other files needed
