In GTA IV's settings menu. You seem to have a 4:3 screen if I'm not wrong. Your GTA IV might be set to 16:9 / 16:10 try changing it to 4:3.

Nono, i've got a 16:9 screen, but in the menu it stands on 16:9. only my resolution on 1024x7..
