The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

so in short I love LSPDFR however 90% of the tools i would use (police computer, stop the ped, ultimate backup etc.) are marked as outdated because they are all open source now (to my knowledge that means i cant download it anymore as it wont work in my GTA version), so i'm trying to downgrade back to a lower LSPDFR and GTA version to then enjoy LSPDFR with these mods, does anyone know how or am i massively dumb?

    Neither of those two are outdated.
    Open source means the original developer has made the code of the plugin publicly available for other devs to take inspiration, contribute to the mod or learn a thing or two.

    You can downgrade your game if you have the necessary files from a previous version stored on your PC. However, there's no reason to do that at the moment.
