RagePluginHook.logGTA V is crashing when hooking RPH with DirectX installed. Running GTA regularly without RPH doesn't crash, but as soon as I hook RPH, it crashes.

This is present in my crash log

SlimDX exception caught: SlimDX.Direct3D11.Direct3D11Exception, E_INVALIDARG: An invalid parameter was passed to the returning function (-2147024809). Stack trace: at SlimDX.Result.Throw[T](Object dataKey, Object dataValue)

The SlimDX error you’re facing is one of the more difficult issues and doesn’t have a predefined solution. Here’s a couple steps you can try:

• Make an antivirus exception for the GTAV folder.

• Reinstall RAGEPluginHook.

• Update / reinstall audio & graphic drivers.

• Run the .NET Framework repair tool. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135

• Complete pending Windows Updates.

Yes, I can drive around, use trainerV and everything. RPH will work if i disable directx in the settings, but then i cant access stations, forceduty through console.

getting this issue after running gta by itself, then running rph with elevated privelleges.

Simply have LSPDFR installed as usual and then replace your existing files in your game directory with those from this version.

Not the best, but a GT 730

To fix my issue I did two things.

I installed and repaired these.

I also then followed this guide from @PookiethePOPO

Delete Rockstar Game Launcher and Rockstar SDK then Reinstall them. Once you have done that disable Battle Eye in the Rockstar Launcher Settings. After this navigate to your root directory and delete. args.txt (You can rename it aargs.txt if you don't want to delete it).
