The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Dispatch intro sound suddenly (yesterday was normal, didn't change a thing) is a Christmas themed, first time was cool but its tiny bit annoying now.

Does anybody know what mod/settings is changing this ?

EDIT: For anyone looking for the solution. It is XScanner. Go into XScanner settings and look for VINEGAR ENJOYER option and turn it on, then either reload all plugins or restart the game.
