From your lg it looks like SimplCTRL plugin is causing issues, try without that and see

SimpleCTRL was conflicting with AmbientDispatch through a NAudio.dll file. That isn't the issue causing RPH to fail. I just removed SimpleCTRL, and there is still a constant action of something mentioning memory, causing my issue of RPH crashing. i have HeapAdjuster installed.

These are the two lines that i think are coinciding with my RPH crashing. Im not 100% sure but id bet my bottom dollar.

It won't be LSPDFR, it's working fine as of the recent updates.

Ah okay. I suspect another plugin is causing issues then. Does LSPDFR work if you just have that and RPH running? without other plugins

I DID SOME TESTING AND FOUND OUT THAT THE ISSUE IS STEMMING FROM MY MODS FOLDER. I CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT WHAT EXACTLY OR WHERE OR WHAT TO LOOK FOR.

Ah you have found one of the pains of modding!

The only way to be sure is to try one mod at a time until you find the culprit unfortunately
