LSPDFR Crash whenever arresting

Featured Replies

Hey all, been having this issue for a while and tried searching forums/googling and disabling different plugins, but couldn't find a solution to this issue.

Basically, everything loads fine, callouts load fine, but whenever I get to the point of cuffing someone, I will cuff them, and then as soon as the animation finishes and we're standing up, LSPDFR crashes. My character and the arrested ped both freeze, and I need to use a trainer to TP me somewhere, which allows me to move again, and then I type ReloadAllPlugins in the RAGE console and everything reloads again, and then the ped unfreezes and walks off. See my attached RAGE log for crash details - if you Ctrl+F and search for "Rage.Ped is invalid" it will lead you to where the crashes occur, there are two on this log.

Any input helps! Thanks

Also, does anyone know how to disable the LSPDFR Expanded welcome screen that pops up whenever going on duty? I can't seem to get rid of it, and it always blocks the screen, forcing me to leave the menu and then return...

I renamed mods to _mods, still crashes in the same way. Attached the updated log.

I do have changes to the .xml files. I installed EUP Ultimate Edition and edited agency.xml and duty_selection.xml for the vehicles I added.

Make sure u don't have any typo there or by mistake you removed one of symbols like <, > etc.

Also I forgot to type earlier - increase PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000 at RPH settings

I only loaded LSPDFR in RPH console, but I suppose you mean the LSPDFR-specific plugins that launch when LSPDFR launches.

Is there a way for me to launch only LSPDFR without its plugins without having to delete everything in my files?

Edit: Trying to rename plugins\lspdfr to _lspdfr

Edit2: Nope, no change. See log

Everything looks like it should be running normally. Really not sure what is causing it to crash.

Someone had a similar issue a while ago and EUP was the culprit. Since you have used it as well the only thing I can suggest is to start completely fresh to rule out any residual files causing issues.

That's all I can think of, unless somebody else can assist

I feel like I should be able to disable something and have it work, I tried installing just lspdfr on a clean GTA install and it worked fine (needed to make sure I'm not tweaking)

I tried getting rid of all my EUP files but to no avail. I may just have to start anew with installing stuff unfortunately
