My modded vehicals are spawning as vanilla cars, what do I do?

So I never had an issue before with modded police cars but all of a sudden my cars spawn in as the vanilla cars. I removed them all and reinstalled but nothing changed. It happened after I install natural vision but im not sure if that caused it.

    Hey there, I assume you are replacing the police# vehicles, make sure you create a mods folder first so you don't mess up your original game files. Replacing the vehicles in patchday1ng should work for you. Please provide an image of where you installed the vehicles, upon opening the YFTs in OpenIV do you see that the vanilla vehicles are replaced with your modded vehicle?
