The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Crash after calling in a pursuit and asking for backup

Attached the log,  so i initially tought  it was another plugin( immersive ambient events at bolo reports), i removed that, still have a crash... 
I am not good at what means what in the log but the plugin crashes pretty eraly in the game, few minutes in... 
Depending on the callout.

Go to the LSPDFR Download Page. Click Download This File. Select the LSPDFR Pursuit Test download. Download and install it like you would manual LSPDFR. Test.

So far, so good, not one crash, all is fine so it seems. 
I keep testing it a bit more....just to be on the safe side.
