soooo i use ultimate backup and every time i call for pursuit backup the units that spawn in front of the suspect they make a u turn in the middle of the road to face the suspect after that they remain very far behind (same with helicopters) and sometimes also despawn. for those who stay close to the suspect they do nothing they just follow him not trying to PIT or bumb the car of the suspect.
