I recently installed dwardo255's increased rate of fire and it broke my guns, so I removed the weaponanimations.meta and weapons.meta files and replaced them with original files I found on the internet and now when I select a gun it just doesn't appear and it only says the ammo in the top right

Where did you install the original files from?

I think both were from gtainside

If you want the full original files go to open iv (NOT IN YOUR MODS FOLDER) - go to where the metas are stored and copy the files. 

 

Then, go to where it is in your mods folder and paste it there. The ones in your game folder are your original ones

Yeah, unfortunately, it didn't work. Do you have any other solution?

Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if that fixes your issue. Just in case it isn't in the mods folder.

Yes, it worked when I renamed the folder

If you have replaced the 2 files with the original ones and it still isnt working, its something else in your mods folder.
