If you have trainer V or something similar, disable the trainers "Everyone Ignore Player" / "Cops Ignore Player" setting. There is an ongoing issue with the latest version of Trainer V that causes the trainers ini settings to not save. If you find this happening, downgrade to an older version or remove it until it's fixed.

Note that downgrading to an older version can make some parts of the trainer not work such as weather control.

Hey, to turn off/check compatibility mode, go to your main directory and look for the GTA5.exe file. When found, right click it and go to properties - Compatibility and then below you should see a "Run the program in compatibility mode for:" option. Make sure that box is unchecked.

MoreRadioChatter is causing your game to crash. Remove it and see if it crashes.

The plugin is known to cause crashes so you can download an alternative to it here:

  12. Camb's post in game crash on starting story mode was marked as the answer
The ELS folder isn't in your mods folder. If you are on about a vehicle with ELS, then yes.

Any mods you have installed in your mods folder you will have to delete if you don't know which one specifically is causing your game to crash.

If you can't remember/find the mods you have installed, I recommend you delete your mods folder and start again installing mods one at a time so you know next time which mod in specific crashes your game.
