LSPDFR working but states "Loading LSPDFR" in the bottom right corner..

Hello -

I am hoping someone can help me out here. I am thinking there is a mod issue but I don't know how to isolate which one it is.... LSPDFR for the most part works but is shown as "Loading LSPDFR" with the white spinning circle next to it in the bottom right of of my screen. I can play the game for the most part including going on duty.

However, eventually things start breaking (like losing the ability to blip a vehicle). I cannot figure out what this preloading model is and am hoping someone with a bigger brain than me could help me figure out what is going on...

I do not get any errors but like I said, the game doesn't run right so I think I've done something silly and need some help! Thanks in advance. 🙂

Another issue I have is if I try to do "Go to nearest police station" via LSPDFR pause menu I just get a black screen with a white loading circle forever... pressing F4 shows it hung up on [TRACE[ Preloading MP_M_FREEMODE_01....
