Alright so, basically, my game refuses to load without my "mods" folder being named "_mods", it goes on about it being corrupted etc etc.

to put that short, i forgot to back up my fxdecal.ytd file and had to delete that and around two others, verify my game integrity through steam and then obviously rename my mods folder (since that somehow worked).

now though, my eup (menu, l&o and s&r) refuses to work, i assume due to the name change. do i need to reinstall it for it to recognise "_mods"? i havent messed around with it yet just to make it easier for support.

funnily enough, there's no crash log (atleast as far as i can see), which is why i'm asking here. first post so i do apologize if this is formatted weirdly or whatnot

What exactly isn’t working about EUP? Do the uniforms not show up? Do they show up weirdly? 
Double check whether the dlclist lines exist as well as the EUP folder inside your dlcpacks.

Hi there, it's the menu & clothing that weren't working, sorry for not clarifying.

I've renamed my mods folder to _mods again, reinstalled all 3 EUP files (menu, L&O and S&R). Booted up my GTAV, this worked.

I think verifying my game files so many times deleted my replacement cars, siren packs & graphics mod I was using (RadianceV), so I'll go ahead and reinstall them now. Regardless though, thank you!
