Textures are blurred and several objects disappear from the street as seen in the video. I don't know what could be the problem. I have plenty of RAM, 32 GB!

(this is an older recording where I had a different CPU and RAM, I've since bought new RAM and CPU but it's still the same)

That's called texture loss. Try to install the resource adjuster and see if that helps. Otherwise, either try to lower your graphic settings or remove high-polygon vehicles or high-resolution car liveries.

It's already there. I think the cars will be the problem here. I need to get the texture size down.
