The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I installed the new QuantV Paid from discord and since then I cannot open GTA at all. I've tried the overlay fix and that's not the issue. I also even tried the command fix and that didn't help either. If someone knows how to fix this, please help me

    Since it happened right after installing their mod, have you tried asking on their Discord server for help? They might have a better understanding of their mod than most of us on here.
