Send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

    Well everything is loaded and working. Could be a silent crash. Try going into the lspdfr.ini and changing the following to reflect below:
    Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

    What custom vehicle are you using? 

    some custom vehicles are not recognised as law enforcement vehicle

     

    How did you set the pullover key in the .ini?

    Did you try with a "vanilla" police car? Is the error there aswell?

    Bro, the game does not recognize your motorcycle as a police car, this can be understood by trying to use the interactive menu in stop the ped, the same thing happens with the vanilla car "Riot". Try installing normal custom cars or motorcycles.

     

    Drop the name of the pack on the motorcycle pls

    Does your custom vehicle have FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICES in the vehicles.meta?

    I had the same issue with a police bike I installed. 

    I added these flags into the vehicles.meta and now my police bike pulls people over.

    first try to uninstall all mods, plugins and lspdfr, 

     

    second, install only lspdfr and try to pull over cars

     

    third, install mods one by one until the problem occurs and you understand what the matter is
