    Here are some things you could improve:

    - NYPD only uses red-white emergency lights

    - NYPD doesn't have a SWAT, it's called Emergency Service (Unit) or ESU.

    - Try going with something more sophisticated than just a color and text.

    I don't really care about the first 2 points, but yeah. Try something more than the color and text. No offence, the first car was awesome, but those blue thingies were horrible.
