when i downloaded a fairly big vehicle pack my rage crashed if i added the line that was necessary to dlclist, when i remove the line it didnt crash.

couple of things

1. i copied the EXACT line

2. all my code is lined up 

3. i placed it on the last line 

4. did NOT place it after paths but before

Did you install a gameconfig, heap and packfile limit adjuster when installing the addon pack?

all off them, before you ask  its all in the correct space and done correctly i checked twice

I installed both and have not encountered any crashing issues. It might be worth triple-checking your DLC list, your heap and packfile limit adjuster .inis for correct values and the location of your gameconfig. Which game config are you using?

im gonna be real no idea which, the game config is in the correct spot. wdym by correct values?

 

I changed my values to 2000 and 14688. Try this gameconfig if you haven't:

i downloaded it like your usually supposed to is there anywhere too change them or it this enough? (considering it works)
