The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It doesn't, I've tried with NVE disabled, enabled, verified my game files-- trying without mods right now. 

Seems to be something in my mods folder. I'll take a look through it and see what the newest thing I added was. Believe it was STP. Not new to LSPDFR, but this is a fresh install

RPH works once I attach it in game, Could contain: text, screenshot, clothing, man, person, indoorbut my postal plugins are fucked up.
