The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I got my GTA off of PC game pass, and I've heard that may be why it's not opening, for anyone who else it isn't working, if you don't mind answering may I ask where you got yours? If you have GTA and trying to use RAGE for it.

    RPH is currently not supported for the XBOX Game Pass version of GTA V. You'll either need a copy from Steam, Rockstar Games Launcher or Epic Games Launcher. I use RGL, but I'd advise you to buy the game on Steam.
