The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Your log isn’t telling me which but one of the config files is bad. Rename LSPDFR inside Plugins to _LSPDFR and retry. If that works it’s definitely because of a faulty file. 
 

Then remove all your plugins and move them to a different folder on your desktop. Gradually add them back.

@Lennyy Thank you so much for the help. It was the interaction+ ini. Somehow I did not save my last changes, but was able to find it in my notepad tabs and correct it(modifier was set to CTRL). I wanted to double check before reinstalling all plugins and what do ya know?! Game is again stable. Thank you again for your time and attention with this one. This is my first post here but I’ve been using the replies for the last 2yrs to get into Modding and you are definitely one of the GOATS!!!
