Maybe a gang war :P That's all I got.

Gang Hideout takedown, maybe if you do it enough,  you can get randomly attacked if in bad parts of city? something like that. or a gang ambush, like you go to a call of an officer down or maybe a TC, and when you get there, like 4-5 guys show up and open fire on you.

Gang activity? Suspicious Persons (atleast 4+), Gang Shoot Out, Gang Robbery, Gang Bang xD, No but for real:

 

Vandalism

Probation violation

Participate in criminal street gang

Robbery

Assault with a deadly weapon

Battery with injury

Possess/sell/manufacture dangerous weapon

Vehicle theft

Possession of marijuana

Fighting in public place

Minor illegally possessing live ammunition

Minor possessing concealable weapon

False ID to police officer

Loitering 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Threaten crime with intent

Possess controlled substance

Resist/obstruct public officer

Grand theft auto

Seems legit. A feature I want to add is actually having certain gangs involved. The biggest one would probably be the Russians and the Angels of Death.(Maybe Gand related street racing for the bikers) Thanks anyway! I like the idea
