The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello @sawnshotgun 🙂 

From looking at your logs it seems like your RageNativeUI is
outdated.

And it seems like it's causing the issue you're talking about. So try to update it with the newest verision, you can find your RageNativeUI in the root directory
