its because u might not have scripthook v in ur gta main directory,but gta got updated yesterday and new version of scripthook v is not yet availabe so u will have to wait until new scripthook come or if ur still using previous version of gta then just make sure scripthook v is installed properly

No I've tried reinstalling ScriptHook and ELS but neither made it better. Hoping someone will come up with something?

I did reinstall an original emergency vehicle from GTA 5 and that works fine, so guessing it's a conflict with the latest game update and ELS. Will keep trying and see what happens

Yes, by running a driver update for my graphics card. I think the new version must be using something that the new driver had in it.
