The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi guys! Could you please tell me what mod this guy has that allows him to move and remove cars, put cones and barriers?

I tried to find this mod in his mods list, but never realized which one it was.

    Can I ask you one more question, please? Do you know what kind of road textures he has? I have “L. A. Roads” installed, but they look lighter than in the video. Is it a retexture or completely different roads?
