The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I am sorry for bothering y'all but i've tried installing EUP L&O and my game console told me there are dependencies missing, which are following : mpgunrunning and mpchristmas2017

make sure that the eup/sup folders are in your dlcpacks and are updated, make sure that the rpf is not corrupted, then make sure its also in dlclist as well. you can also try to use this EUP Backup Configurations [9.3] if you haven't already
