Okay, First: Please give more details (With correct spelling and not half words).

 

Second: Well....I can't really think of anything cause I don't know the problem, Seems like you said your game is crashing when you start SP with (Gta has stopped working/responding). Please be a lot more detailed on your problem, And also post your specs. Your pc may not be good enough to handle GTA:IV
