I dowloaded Heap Adjuster, Gameconfig etc. but eveyrtime i try to open it instantly crashes. Crash code is here and i will give you the launcher log.

What does your game directory(where the game exe is) look like? Also what does the plugins folder look like as well? I read that the error means the game is having a hard time processing the files properly. Idk for sure but does the Epic game store app let you verify the integrity of your installed files?

Update: After no one responded, i deleted everything in my mods folder and folder it self. Then i did everything as i did in the last time, only difference was name of my mods folder. At first time it was ''Mods'', then i created it as ''mods''. After that i did everything same as before, downloading vehicle mods etc. And my crashing problem was solved. I guess problem was with the name of the folder. Now it works perfectly as its should be.
