The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I’ve installed EUP 5 to 10 times now on a fresh copy of GTA with no mods except for LS PDF R and every time I try to load all my plug-ins the only plug and I happen to have is LSPDFR and I’m wondering why EUP isn’t working anything will help.

    Attach a screenshot of the plugins tab inside the RPH settings. You can access those by clicking on the gear ⚙️ icon when starting RPH or by holding shift.
