so when i load into lspdfr i spawn at franklins house and the screen goes black like its loading the plugins on startup but then i get the windows sound and boom my game freezes i have tried renaming my mods folder to _mods but nothing changes and im very confused what i should do if anyone can help it will be very much appreciated.

i tried using heap adjuster packfilelimit adjuster and gameconfig nothing works i have tried everything that i can but idk whats going on and this is really starting to piss me off and im on the verge of reinstalling everything from scratchbut if anyone has solutions please see this soon im really not wanting to reinstall everything or take mods out one by one.

As first You need to go back to default, without any plugins, and get lspdfr running.
The add ONE plugin and test that it can run
Continue that process with all plugins, ONE at a time, when the freeze occur you have found ONE reason, there may be more than one, so be systematic and patient.
