i have all of these maybe an outdated version of gameconfig i reinstalled it and now it crashes just like it did before

my game keeps on crashing when its loading into the game i have 2 logs here and im very very very confused if anyone can help it reply here LOG 1 LOG 2

i tried using heap adjuster packfilelimit adjuster and gameconfig nothing works i have tried everything that i can but idk whats going on and this is really starting to piss me off and im on the verge of reinstalling everything from scratchbut if anyone has solutions please see this soon im really not wanting to reinstall everything or take mods out one by one.

so when i load into lspdfr i spawn at franklins house and the screen goes black like its loading the plugins on startup but then i get the windows sound and boom my game freezes i have tried renaming my mods folder to _mods but nothing changes and im very confused what i should do if anyone can help it will be very much appreciated.

my game version is 3411 and i need to get it 3442 but my mods folder and everything is up to date im very confused what do i do?
