Game crashing randomly not sure what the cause is

Not sure what is causing the crash I dont know if its a RPH Plugin or if its not plugin related at all

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

Sometimes it crashes when driving around or it crashes when I am trying to stop a ped with a weapon

    Have you tried playing for a bit with mods being renamed to _mods? Maybe it’s not the mods folder after all. 
     

    The only thing raising a red flag to me is NVE together with QuantV. I know that the Quant support people heavily advice against using both simultaneously. I can’t say for sure though.
