BCSO officers do not spawn at stations (Sandy Shores, Paleto Bay) and do not patrol in the open world. Instead I get two vanilla LSSD sheriffs near Paleto Bay station.
When calling backup units everything works is fine and I get BCSO officers. What could be a problem?

I have mods installed: EUP L&O 9.3.1, EUP S&R 1.5, EUPFR UE (1.2.2), EUP UB Config (9.9), EUP Basic Config 1.0.8, EUP Menu (2.3.0.0).
