    Finally i FIXED this problem after 2 hells days:
    Open your Local Disc - windows - system32 - search files: dinput8.dll and d3d9.dll - copy and past to main folder GTAV

    IMPORTANT (for all mods to work properly) :
    Uninstall and install all ASI Manager files in OpenIV
    Latest version AdvancedHookV.dll
    Latest version ScriptHookV.dll
