The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Weird, that error is usually an indicator for a faulty mods folder. Did you ever install mods outside of the mods folder (by accident)?

The last mod I installed was "Forest Revised of San Andreas" using OIV. During the installation process, the system asked whether I wanted to install the mod in the "mods" folder or directly into the GTA V directory. I chose to install it directly into the directory, which might be the cause of the issue maybe?
