So I got this log just right after I launch GTAV story mode with rph, I've tried to solve it by myself but I couldn't make it running, here's the log (since I couldn't upload it by file so here it is)

Rename mods to _mods and retry.

Renamed it, but it still won't run with this log

Weird, that error is usually an indicator for a faulty mods folder. Did you ever install mods outside of the mods folder (by accident)?

The last mod I installed was "Forest Revised of San Andreas" using OIV. During the installation process, the system asked whether I wanted to install the mod in the "mods" folder or directly into the GTA V directory. I chose to install it directly into the directory, which might be the cause of the issue maybe?

Never install anything outside your mods folder. 

Delete the update and x64 folders and then verify your game files.
