LSPDFR crashing when going on duty

Featured Replies

I have this issue where I’ll start the game and load in. As soon as I click to go on duty, it’ll crash. I’ve googled all day today and I’m not finding any help. I’ve taken all of my plugins out and it still didn’t work. This morning, I loaded in EUP Law & Order and a few other EUP necessities. I watched a video on YouTube to help me with the install. Could it be possible that EUP is crashing this? Side note, I played back in 2015 then after my computer slowed down and life took over, I took a break. But I’m back in the saddle! I just have issues when it comes to successfully putting certain things in my game evidentially. My log is attached. Thank you in advance for your help!

Perform a clean reinstall of LSPDFR via the manual installation archive.

Forgive me, I’m not too savvy with lingo. What does a clean install mean?
