Hello, where can I find these generic ped? Is it possible to swap them? I use EUPPEDS among others, but sometimes when I call them using the AI:Respond plugin, they appear like this.

This is definitely not the stock LSPD ped. It's either a EUP MP model or the PEDS mod. I'm not using the latter hence why I can't tell you which is which. Looks like an EUP MP model to me though.

I don’t quite get your question. The file you linked supposedly removes all MP models and only have peds spawn in the game world. The guy that stands in front of you isn’t an ambiently spawned cop, it’s a backup unit.

Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup. Take a look at the xmls.
