Trying to get back into it

Featured Replies

So my GTA EFLC copy on Steam broke a couple months ago and i wasn't able to play due to a mod i had downloaded, crashed on launch. Since i have a fast computer, but slow internet- i never wanted to reinstall it. Would've taken dozens of hours.

Well, TLDR: I finally reinstalled but now i'm back to vanilla EFLC and all my ELS lights look dim and gray and you can barely see the reds and blues.

Would anyone be nice enough to tell me what mods to get to make my lights look better? I had one, and i will describe it - maybe one of you will know what it was so i can download it again.

It made all my lights REALLY bright, even the ones on top of the taxis were like extremely gloomy and bright, but i liked this look because i love bright police lights in my game. It was an ENB i believe but

it also did not effect my performance hardly any at all. (I don't want to sacrifice FPS to get lights, so i am trying to find whatever this one was again so i can use it).

Anybody know what graphics mod this might have been? :(

EDIT: i know radiance mod, but i am looking for the graphics mod itself like i am talking about above. It makes the lights gloomy, police lights, the taxi lights etc.

I use Real Time Cycle v4, which give a nice bloom effect to the lights, enhances the ambient lighting and weather cycles, but I don't notice any performance loss with it, like I do with other ENBs.  I think it's available at GTA4-mods.com.
